At ProNissanParts.com, we strive to ensure a seamless and hassle-free shopping experience. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return an item. To assist you in these instances, we have outlined our return policy below. Please read carefully to understand how we can assist you with returns and what conditions apply.
- To begin the return process, please contact us to arrange for returns by emailing us at [email protected]. We aim to respond to all queries within 24-48 hours. It's important to note that no returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number is crucial for processing your return efficiently. Please be aware that you will be responsible for any fees associated with your order, such as return freight due to a denied claim.
- We accept returns under specific conditions to ensure that all parts can be restocked and resold. All items must be in a resalable condition and in their original packaging. Please take care not to cover or damage any factory Nissan labels, as returns will be denied if any Nissan label is covered or damaged.
- All core returns must be the factory original part and returned in the original Nissan box. We regret that we cannot accept aftermarket cores, or any core with cut or missing assemblies.
- We cannot accept returns of used parts, installed or tried parts, and electrical parts are not returnable.
- Please be advised that all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and certain terms apply.
- Freight charges are non-refundable, and the return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer. In the case of core returns, the freight is also at the customer's expense.
Return requests need to be made within 30 days of delivery. If you receive a defective part, please reach out to us for your Original Nissan Invoice, which may be used at any local Nissan dealer for warranty claims.
We reserve the right to refuse and return any parts that have been installed, are used, or do not meet the above criteria. By adhering to these guidelines, we can work together to ensure a smooth and efficient return process.
Cancellation Policy
At ProNissanParts.com, we understand that plans can change and you may need to cancel your order, we aim to be as flexible as possible with our cancellation policy to accommodate your needs.
- If your order has not yet been shipped, you are eligible to cancel it without any complications. We are committed to ensuring that the cancellation process is smooth and hassle-free. To initiate a cancellation, please contact our customer service team, who will guide you through the process and provide any assistance you may need.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it is considered to be in the final stages of our delivery process, and we are unable to accept cancellations. This policy is in place because the order is already on its way to you, and intercepting or rerouting it at this stage is not feasible. We kindly ask for your understanding in these situations.
- For items that were specially ordered from the manufacturer upon your request, a cancellation may still be possible if the item has not yet been shipped. However, please be advised that a restocking fee of 15% will be applied to these special orders. This fee is necessary to cover the costs associated with returning the item to the manufacturer and restocking it.
