Shipping Policy

Order Processing and Shipping: Please be advised that orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following business day. We do not ship out or place orders on weekends. Our shipping is restricted to domestic addresses only; we do not offer international shipping, drop shipping, or shipping to third parties. We encourage our customers to check all email inboxes, including Spam and Junk, for order communications.

Shipping Policy and Delivery Requirements: For any orders exceeding $50, an adult signature will be required upon delivery. We highly recommend tracking your order via text message and the email provided at the time of shipment. Please be aware that once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for the order, including issues related to non-delivery or theft. In the event that an order is returned to us after failed delivery attempts by the carrier, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fee. Customers must report undelivered orders within 15 days from the ship date and damaged packages within 24 hours from the delivery date. Beyond these time frames, we are unable to assist with claims for damaged goods with the carrier. For added security, customers may opt for package pick-up from thousands of convenient locations through FedEx or UPS.

Please expect an update on your order within 24-72 hours of placement.

Special Notes on Shipping and Handling:

  • Transit times for all orders do not include additional ordering time required for items not in stock.
  • Orders must be placed by 3 pm Central time for next-day receipt of special ordered items.
  • In-stock orders ship within 24 hours, though availability on the website does not guarantee immediate shipping or stock availability.
  • Expedited shipping does not cover additional transit time for parts ordered from Nissan Warehouses.
  • No weekend deliveries for overnight or 2nd-day shipping.
  • Oversized shipments may incur additional fees you will be contacted for approval.
  • We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and oversized orders.
  • Shipping carrier substitutions may occur to help reduce shipping costs.
  • In case of back-ordered or discontinued parts, we will endeavor to source alternatives promptly.

Liability and Insurance: We offer an insurance option for shipping; without this, purchases are covered up to $100 based on UPS guidelines. We are not responsible for incidents out of our control, including damages in transit. Customers are required to file claims directly with the carrier for any shipping issues, as this ensures a more efficient resolution process.
